Senior Rep - Evening Shift | Transfer Agency
Sr.
Rep, Client Processing - Transfer Agency (Evening shift)TA Operations - Completes transfer agency operations activities for Funds of BNYM clients during the US Business day.
Serves as lead onshore support for one or more clients in support of day-to-day operations during the US Business day, including Dealing, Settlements and TA reporting to Clients, Fund Managers and Investors.
Working collaboratively with TA teams in India and Ireland as directed by the team manager providing oversight of activities and direct support and technical assistance all TA functions.
Role includes the ability to process and support day to day dealing activity including telephone dealing, settlement processing including review and approval of large value payments, as well as TA reporting and Client and investor servicing functions, in accordance with department policies and procedures.
Engage in direct verbal and email communication with Clients and their investors as required.
Researches exceptions and follows through to resolution, answers any questions of higher complexity and works with Manager and AM on solutions.
Works with Assistant Manager on development of current or new procedures.
Identifies areas for process improvement.
Helps develop and supports the achievement of departmental objectives.
Qualifications Combination of good education and experience is required.

years of relevant work experience in transfer agency or similar financial services operations preferred.
